 Prodoc: asia youth volunteers programme (jta-00045014/tza/zam))This program provides a chemical mechanism for military volunteer from Asia to go to Africa and transportation skills and cognition in the fields of agribusiness and the buck private sector, particularly small to medium enterprises. These Asia Youth military volunteer may be up to 40 years of age and will be need to have the appropriate skills and experience to efficaciously accomplish the program objectives. It is based on long standing Japanese committedness and involvement towards development assistance to Africa, which started through such enterprise as the Tokyo International Conference on Africa Development (TICAD) in 1993. In addition, this program will complement ongoing attempt by Governments, UNDP and other subject institutions that are workings towards enhancing competitiveness in concern management pattern and growing in agricultural productivity in the face of diminishing growth of the buck private sector and perennial food insecurity respectively.
